Adlín Cotto is the director of master's programs and Hispanic studies for B.H. Carroll Theological Seminary. Dr. Cotto is from Puerto Rico and has twenty-eight years of experience in youth ministry, particularly within the Latino context. She has a master's degree in christian education and a Ph.D. in student ministries and education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
